1930's home remodeled for the comfort of vacation and business visitors. Located between Nevada City and Grass Valley, California with all the amenities needed to be comfortable during vacation, temporary employment or temporary displacement from your regular home. We enjoy week end, weekly, monthly or longer term visitors to our home.

Our community is for the sporstman who wants to hunt and fish, or we are just 45 minutes from cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sleding, and snow mobiling. Our lakes and rivers are close for fishing, boating, tubing, sailing, swimming, and waterskiing.Also, our community has many theatrical facilities, we have live theatre at Center for the Arts, Foothill Theatre, Off Broadstreet just to mention a few.The resturants in out community thrive to please every type of appetiite and occassion. Weddings are very popular in our area at the Empire Mine, Botanical Gardens and the Little Chapel of Rough & Ready to mention a few.We have many trails within our community for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The Nevada County Fair is one of the most popular through California.Wine Tasting has become very popular as well within our community with all the vineyards through out Nevada County.
