Our property manager is Welcome Homes. They have an office located very close to the house in the Walmart shopping center. If you have any concerns, you can call them 24 hours a day and they will address them immediately. Not all houses have this kind of support for their tenants.

Enjoy a vacation at a beautiful home with a private solar paneled heated in-ground pool. *Gas heat available at extra cost during colder winter months.This home has a large living room/dining room area and an eat-in kitchen. It has a 2-car garage. The bedrooms are located down the hall for added privacy.
You can see the Epcot fireworks from in front of the house. This vacation home has quick access to the Hwy 535, Osceola Parkway, Hwy 536, International Drive, Hwy 417 and Interstate 4 at the North end. While at the South end, easy access to US Hwy 192, Old Town and of course Walt Disney World.
