The Muir House offers a gas fireplace for warmth and ambience, dishnetwork television and a dvd player and cd player. We local telephone use and freshly made beds and towels for the bathrooms. Paper product and bar soap is available in bathrooms, kitchen is equipped with paper product, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and condiments such as; coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, hot tea, creamer and sugar, salt and pepper. Also available is gas BBQ on viewing deck!

Deposits
$300.00 security deposit required to reserve home, deposit is refunded in full within 7 to 10 days from check-out provided there is no damage to the property or excessive uncleanness during your stay,and hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and no smoking no pets policy.
Cancellation
Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.If a reservation is cancelec at any time, the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds take 7 to 10 days to credit back to your account.Sorry, no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, including weather and early check-outs.Thank you for taking the time to read our policies, take care, and have a great vacation!
