Tankah Inn is the ideal location to conduct the many activities of your Mexican Caribbeanexperience. Tankah Innīs location in the heart of the Riviera Maya, puts you minutes away from culture, leisure and excitement. We have three restaurants in Tankah Bay including one on site, offering tasty cuisine to satisfy every palate. There are numerous Mayan Ruin sites near Tankah Inn, including Tulum, Muyil, Coba, Xelha, Ek-Balaam and Chichen Itza. All are a day trip from our location. We are in the heart of the cenotes (fresh water pools where underground rivers surface) These exotic pools vary and are typically crystal clear water surrounded by lush jungle, natural Orchid baskets, Vermiliads and great snorkeling and diving. At least 10, all are easily accessible and are within 15 minutes of Tankah Inn. Nearby Hidden Worlds (5 minutes away) is the largest underwater cavern system on the planet. The water is so clear it seems to disappear and the formations are nothing short of spectacular. Jungle tours, ziplines and the sky cycle are also favorite attractions here. Tulum Centro (5 minutes away) is a walking village with great restaurants, shopping artisans, nightlife and just people watching with that quaint Mexican ambiance. Tulum area is famous for it's pristine beaches and secluded bays. Tankah Tres Bay is perfect for snorkeling or you may want to dive the swim through caves and corral and sponge gardens just outside the protective reef. All this and much more await you.

1. Reservations will be held for 7 days after confirmation by phone, fax, or email. A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to confirm your booking. During Holiday season 100% of total balance is due. If payment is not received by this time your reservation may be canceled. 2. Final payment for accommodations is due 60 days prior to arrival. 3. Upon receipt of final payment a confirmation voucher will be sent to you. Please present this voucher when you check in.

1. Cancellations will go into effect as of the date that written notice is received at our Tulsa office. 2. Reservations canceled prior to 60 days to arrival date will result in forfeit of deposit (not including Holiday Seasons). With percentage paid to Agent. 3. Reservations canceled less than 60 days and prior to 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeit of 75% of total rent (not including Holiday Seasons), with commission percentage paid to Agent. 4. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival result in a complete forfeit of all rental money. 5. Cancellations on all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for processing. Any funds that are returned to the Renter, in the event of a cancellation, must be remitted to the Agent by the Facility. The Agent will then take the responsibility of paying the Renter. 6. Cancellation for Hurricane, Natural Disaster or other non controlable situations are non-refundable. Please take out Trip Insurance.
