Eleuthera- Affordable Loft Style Cottage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Wire Transfer
Deposit , 30 % of the rental rate, is due 7 days of the issue of the invoice. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to guests' arrival. In the event that villa arrival date is within 45 days of the booking the client is required to pay total rental fee within 7 days of the date of the issue of the Invoice to secure the villa. U$200 Securiti Deposit
Terms and Conditions Agreement: The clients vacation rental is confirmed and becomes a biding agreement once La Bougainvillea has received initial payment along with the signed Booking Agreement, which constitutes acceptance of the following booking conditions on behalf of the client and each guest. La Bougainvillea reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no refunds if the signed Booking Agreement is not received prior to the clients arrival. Check in & Check out times: Check in at 1pm and check out at 11 am.Cancellation Policy: All changes in bookings and cancellations must be promptly submitted in writing. Service charge reflects owners discretion over a minimum night stay. Cancellations 45 + days before the arrival date receive no refunds.
