The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern facilities. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The breakfast nook leads out onto a fully screened 28ft x 15ft solar heated swimming pool that is not overlooked and is furnished to a high standard with patio table and chairs on the shaded lanai, also a table and chairs on the pool deck with sun umbrella and sun loungers. There is a gas BBQ provided for your al fresco dining.
All linen, including bedding, towels and beach towels are provided, also a good selection of reading books, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, backgammon, videos, DVDs and CDs.

Theme parks are within easy reach, Busch Gardens, Tampa approx. one and a half hours drive, and Disney approx. two hours drive. Enjoy the wilds of the Everglades by taking a Safari across the Big Cypress indian reservation. Camping facilities are available in traditional chickees.
Myakka River State Park is one of Florida's most natural areas, take a guided tour on one of the world's largest airboats and become acquainted with the variety of creatures that make their home here.
