The air conditioned villa is bright & spacious accommodating up to 12 people plus baby/toddler with 3000 square foot of living space including a first floor master suite & two ground floor bedrooms, a large bright family room, 2nd living area & a fully stocked games room.

Off Poinciana Boulevard, minutes from the 192, I4, restaurants, shops, championship golf courses & of course Disney World

Disney World is 15 minutes away; access to Universal, Sea World, Wet & Wild & all the shopping on International Drive is also only 20 minutes away. Publix the local supermarket is just 5 minutes away along with Domino’s Pizza, KFC, McDonalds & various International take away restaurants. So all your essentials are very close by.

Cancellation – By You

If any member of your group needs to cancel the booking we would ask that we be informed immediately in writing or email, duly countersigned by the group leader. Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received by us. Cancellations are subject to charges detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependent on the time you cancel.Cancellation notice givenMore than 8 weeks = deposit only8 weeks to 0 days = 100% of the rental chargeNote: For most reasons beyond your control cancellation will be covered by your travel insurance. But cancellation due to financial reasons or no longer wishing to travel is unlikely to be included in your travel insurance.

Cancellation – By UsIn the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control, we need to make changes to or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund Monies already paid by you the client. (Including the £150 / $250 security deposit).
