The Marathon vacation house has a new barrel tile roof and all hurricane windows and french doors. It is better than any of the Marathon Resorts. Here is a little information regarding the Marathon vacation home.** Home Location located just a half mile from Cocoplum Beach and Tennis Club. Home rental comes with the right to use all amenities of the beach, pool, Jacuzzi and tennis court. House is on a point at the end of 27 Ave. F. Approximately 300 feet of Bonefish Bay waterfront. In Marathon Key Fl.** Bedrooms - 4 separate bed rooms all about the same size. All 4 bedrooms have a separate Full bathroom with shower. 2 of the bedrooms have a king size bed. Each of these bedrooms have a huge screened in patio overlooking through French doors - Bonefish Bay. 2 of the bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. Comes with all linens and towels. 3 of the bedrooms have DVD and CD player, the other bedroom has a VCR.** Family room - TV and comfortable tropical wicker furniture. French door access to huge screened in patio overlooking through French doors - Bonefish Bay. Cable TV Throughout home.3 ceiling fans.** Kitchen. Brand new maple wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Stainless steal appliances *** Dish washer *** Oven and microwave *** 5 burner cook top *** Large 25 cu ft refrigerator *** Blender and toaster *** All pots pans, silverware and dishes inc. ** Dining room - between family room and kitchen large dining table seating for 10. French door access to screened in patio (with outdoor dining table) overlooking through French doors - Bonefish Bay. Ceiling fans.** Utility area - washer and dryer** Dock - 135 foot dock with power and water. Deep water (4-6 ft at MLW) with no bridges to ocean. 10 minutes at idle speed and you are in the ocean. Located on weather protected Bonefish Bay. Clean water (very little seaweed accumulation at anytime of year. Large and separate bait freezer downstairs. 30 AMP power and 50 AMP power with water.** I am excepting reservations at this time with a 30% deposit to confirm reservation. ** Cancellations: In the event you must cancel your reservation, the reservation deposit will be refunded if written notice is received one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the beginning of your rental period. If notice of the cancellation is received less than one hundred and twenty (120) days but more than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of $1,250 ( per week rented) will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. If reservations are canceled less than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited. All refunds will be processed at the end of the monthly accounting period.
