Cancellation
In the event you must cancel your reservation, the reservation deposit will refunded if written notice is received at least 28 days in advance. If less than 28 days but more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of $250 ($500 for Holidays and special events) and will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. On reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited.

12.50 percent taxResort Fee required on all reservations. All amenities Pool, Beach, tennis, Jacuzzi and unlimited local calls and high speed Wi-Fi access is $3 a day plus tax. This charge is automatically charged to each villa for each night.
