Ocean View 3 Bedrooms Apartment in Copacabana Rio Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
At reservation we need to receive 35% of the rent. It can be paid by normal bank transfer to my bank account in Holland or by Credit Card (we need to ask 4% more due to the costs this company is charging us) or by PayPal (we need to ask 4% more due to the costs this company is charging us) or by Western Union or by Moneygram. The remainder can be paid via above methods 2 weeks before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
For New Year and Carnival Reservation there is a 50% downpayment.

When you cancel more than 2 months before the arrival date, than a partly refund will be done. The difference between the paid amount and 25% of the full rent, will be refunded to you. Of course in agreement with all involved parties a different agreement can be made.
When you cancel within 2 months of the arrival date, than a NO refund will be done. Of course in agreement with all involved parties a different agreement can be made.
For all rents in which the 31st of December is included, NO refund will be done. Of course in agreement with all involved parties a different agreement can be made.
For all rents in which (part of) the Carnival period is included, NO refund will be done. Of course in agreement with all involved parties a different agreement can be made.
