The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom has a trundle bed (sleeps 2). And, we have a day bed in our family room area (sleeps 2). Plus, both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
Our rental home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.
Our rental home also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat and a fire place for the rare nights in winter when the temperature falls. Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio with fruit trees.
Our beach rental house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to downtown. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. It is also close to the famous dog friendly beach at Brohard Paw Park. Our Florida vacation rental is close to a great golf course if you enjoy golf. It is a 15 minute walk to the 27 hole public golf course.

I REALLY enjoyed my month in Venice. When I left, your mom said that lots of people had contacted you about the availability of that house as the cold air of Winter decended upon much of the upper USA. So I feel fortunate to have been the 'lucky one' for January.
The house worked quite well. I was grateful that you had bought a computer table for the house. I used it extensively [I brought my laptop with me]. I rented a bicycle for the month and kept it in the toolshed.
