These Lahaina vacation condos are remodeled and beautifully decorated. Each Lahaina condominium has bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one bathroom, a dressing area, full dining room, complete kitchen including a washer and dryer, and the living rooms have queen sized sofa sleepers. The lanais are large and the views of the ocean from the lanais are ‘postcard' spectacular! There is a heated pool surrounded by a tropical garden. There is an area to barbecue next to the pool. A large gym is adjoining the resort and guests can go for a nominal fee.

Five night deposit per unit must be received within ten days of reservation. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits forfeited if reservation canceled. All deposits cheerfully refunded if re-rented less $100 cancellation fee.

10% discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. Five night deposit to confirm within ten days of reservation; 50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. Should reservation be canceled, all deposits will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented

Cancellation
All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received prior to 10 days of the reservation. If reservation is canceled all deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. If reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented.
