Our Villa is tri-level, featuring a vaulted entry hall, bedroom with 2 twin beds and separate bath on the first level. A half flight of stairs takes you up to the Great Room, Kitchen, walk-out Lanai and one of two Luxury Master Suites with private Lanai and Bath with step-in shower. A half flilght down from the entry level is the second Luxury Master Suite with Sitting Area, Private Lanai and Bath with shower and jetted tub. A Laundry area, with full size washer and dryer is located on this level as well. With unparalleled views of the breath-taking mountains and mesmerizing waterfalls, you will be taken to the tranquility of your own private paradise.

The Princeville Resort area is located minutes to world class beaches and about 27 miles from Lihue Airport on the north shore of Kauai. On any given day surfers can be found on the callenging waves during the winter months, snorkelers's and diver's are swimming with turtles and communicating with the many species of fish found in the tropics, catamarans and sailing vessels are seen ferrying passengers to destinatins alond the Napali coast for snorkeling and diving and kayakers are putting their skills to work in the ocean surf or lazily drifiting along the many scenic reivers that abound on this island. Hiders will enjoy the beautiful Napali Coastlilne as well as several other trails throught the island.
The Princeville Resort area offers many restaurants, should you decide not to cook-in. Hanalei Town, home to the movie South Pacific, has wnderful, quaint shops, restaurants and water sport rentals, and is just a short 7 minute drive away.
