Sky lites in every room, jacuzzi tub, gourmet kitchen, professionally decorated, patio area that is perfect for those outdoor entertaining times, garage parking for 1 vehicle along with off street for 2nd small to mid size vehicle, dining establishments & cleaners w/in walking distance, on site laundry, formal dining area as well as tv room. It's perfect to host a small gathering for your local friends, business colleagues, and family. Small pets will be considered. Cable, phone, internet, as well as security system ensure all the comforts of home away from home. Linens and all provided. All you need to pack is your clothes and that extra case or two to take back the shopping you will do in areas like Belmont Shores which is just a few blocks away

**Frequent corporate guests are entitled to frequency special arrangements and rates**

Deposits

850 deposit (1-2 guests) 1200 (3 -6) required to guarantee reservation 1 week prior to arrival, otherwise availability or rates are subject to change. This includes the non refundable cleaning fees $175.00 (1-2 guests) and 250.00 for 3-6.
The remaining monies due from the refund are refunded w/in 7 days of departure less any applicable damage.

Cancellation & Return Policy

full if cancelled 60 days prior to reservation date
50% 30-59 days

Stay is settled 1 day prior to the first night stay and any refunds or additional charges are settled using the original payment method.

150.00 cleaning fee and is included in the deposit (1-14 days) addl $150.00 15-30)
Current sales tax la county 8.25% and city $13.20

Seniors and Active Duty military (id required for booking) receive 15% discount

outstanding accommodations! everything was as advertised + alot more. all of my needs were addressed without question or hesitation. i travel many days a year and spend most of my time in corporate hotels. for someone looking at something different (a home away from home) this is the place.
