Payment in full required for BB guests 7 days prior to arrival. Refunds are given after the final payment minus one night and only if we are able to rebook the other nights. We do have a 3 night minimum stay on all weekends during the March to November season and some special events or holiday weekends may require a 4 night minimum stay for advance bookings. We always will consider a 1 or 2 night stay as fill-in at the last minute, so check with us less than 7 days prior to arrival for stays of 2 nights or shorter.
On B&B guests, a one night is non-refundable if cancelled after the 7 day cancellation period. the rest is refundable if we are able to rebook the room, only for the nights we are able to rebook. One night bookings are never refundable if cancelled at any time after reserving.
