...you feel home as soon as you set foot inside. They are both extremely warm and welcoming. Each Lucca vacation flat has its own independent entrance onto a beautiful terrace where you can relax or have dinner under a gazebo or taste lovely pizza cooked in the brick oven. The flat: sleeps 4+2. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people; on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one has 2 twin beds, but can easily be transformed into a double bedroom) and a large bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Next to the living room there's a door leading to the small flat that sleeps 2 people; therefore the 2 flats can be adjoined and become a large one with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Lucca vacation studio is on the ground floor therefore it's wheelchair accessible and sleeps 2 people. It has a kitchenette, bathroom and living room with sleeping sofa.The guests will find an above ground swimming pool (heated by solar panel) and while bathing and sunbathing will enjoy the most fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.Our respect for the environment can also be seen in the way we have recently renovated the tourist accommodation and in the choice of a small and movable swimming pool as it does not have a deep environmental impact.

We use solar panels for hot water and as a help in the heating, together with pellets and a wood boiler and a gazebo with a photovoltaic roof in the swimming pool area.We ask our guests and organize for them to separate rubbish.

The guests will be welcome on their arrival in a common room, just opposite the brick oven, equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. This space can be used by all the guests to cook their meals inside and outside in the brick oven, to have cooking lessons and to taste the typical meals prepared by the owners of the Agriturismo. Here the guests will also find a free internet point.

If you like, we can pick you up at the train station in Lucca, bring you to the farmhouse to get settled, then loan you a car for exploring the Tuscan countryside. You can learn how to cook classic Italian dishes and, if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy being served delicious catered meals. The choice is yours.

Lucca with its monuments and its famous walls, is only 20 minute away. The famous Ville Lucchesi with their extraordinary parks are only a few km away, and can be reached in about 15 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Siena and Volterra can easily be reached in less than an hour by motorway.It takes the same amount of time to get to Alpi Apuane and the famous marble caves of Carrara, that offered Michelangelo the marble for his masterpieces. In about 30 minutes you can easily reach the Ponte del Diavolo, in Borgo a Mozzano, the Spa in Bagni di Lucca, Barga with its beautiful cathedral.Going north you can discover the untouched Garfagnana.For those who love caves we suggest a visit to the Grotta del Vento and the Antro del Corchia within short distances.It takes 40 minutes to go to Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi, ideal places for beach and night life lovers.The Cinque Terre offer a unique and magic scenery with its untouched bays and its blue sea are only an hour away and can also be easily reached by train.
