Both properties offer a pool and sundeck for those looking to soak up plenty of rays while you relax on your vacation. Bring a book and swing with the wind in one of our hammocks on the beautifully landscaped lawn area facing the beach and Gulf of Mexico at our South Beach location.

John's Pass Village is just a mile down the Gulf for fun and excitement. Parasailing, Jet Ski's, Dolphin watching excursions are all available at the boardwalk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby to help you find just the right presentto take back to your loved ones.

There is a $200.00 deposit outside of 30 days prior to arrival, within 30 days prior to arrival full payment is due.



If you were to cancel outside of the 30 days prior to arrival we would keep a $55.00 charge and refund you $145.00 of your deposit but, within 30 days prior to arrival we would keep all monies collected unless we can rebook the unit, if we can rebook the unit then we would refund you the monies collected minus a $55.00 fee. We also offer travel insurance that would help you receive your money back if there was an accidental death, severe illness or a natural disaster. Our Travel Insurance Company is CSA Travel.



There is an additional $10.00 per day administrative fee up to 5 days, everything after 5 days stays at a flat $50.00 fee. Florida has a 7% sales tax as well as a 5% tourism tax. Making it a 12% tax
