Reduced rates for stays longer than 3 nights. Long term stays available.

Cancellations (September-May): Within 50 days of stay: 100% refund. Within 30 days of stay: 50% refund. Within 15 days of stay: 15% refund. Within 10 days of stay: 10% refund.
Cancellations (June-August):Cancellations of 60 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds, less a $50.00 Processing Fee. Cancellations of 59 days or less no refunds unless property is rented again.If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual(s),less a $50 processing fee.
