50% due after reservation is made, rest due at least 3 weeks before arrival date along with a $300 security deposit that will be returned within 1 week of departure, if the log home is kept in the same condition as it was when arriving. If reservation is made close to arrival we can discuss other arrangements.
Full Refunds for any nights the pine lodge can be rebooked.
8% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax. $100 week night rate is for double occupancy, $120 week end night is for double occupancy, $850 weekly is 1-5 people, $950 weekly is 6-8 people, $1900 monthly is for 1-5 people, $2000 monthly is for 6-8 people.
