Gardener Place Cottage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Weekly Rental is $800.00. Weekend Rental (Fri-Sun) is $300.00 additional days will be prorated. 50% of the rent is due at the time of reservation with a signed rental agreement. We accept cash (when paying in person), personal or business checks, cashier's checks and money orders as acceptable forms of payment. The remainder of the rent is due within thirty (30) days of your arrival date.
Any cancellation received sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date will be subject to a full refund of prepaid rent less a cancellation fee of $150.00. A cancellation must be in writing. Any cancellation received within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will not receive a refund unless OWNER is able to re-rent the property for your original stay dates.
