This beautiful Victorian Home was built in 1860, and boasts two front porches for your sitting pleasure, and a private guest entrance. The parlor with its lovely and very comfortable Victorian furniture has a television and games for my guests. The bedrooms are upstairs on either side of a sitting area with books galore. You can borrow a book or leave a book.

The dining room has a guest refrigerator stocked with water. Coffee or tea is available upon request. A full breakfast is served at 9AM.

All rooms have a private bath. An alarm clock radio, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. There is air conditioning in each room.
Beach passes and beach towels are available upon request.

Whether you arrive by car, plane, train or ferry you will enjoy the beautiful North Fork. You can play tennis, golf, rent a bike, or explore the many hiking trails. You can take a trip to Shelter Island, go shopping in the lovely downtown villages or visit the many antique shops or enjoy the wineries. No matter what time of year you come there is always plenty to do.

Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required when the reservation is made. The remainder is due upon arrival.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation: If notification is received 14 days prior to reservation date a full refund of deposit will be made, less a $25 administrative fee. If less than 14 days notice given, and I am able to rebook the room than you will be charged the $25 administrative fee only. However, if I am unable to rebook the room and you have not given me 14 days notice, the full fee will be charged. There can be no refund for early departure.
