Guinzano is set in 16 hectares properties part wooded and part dedicates to the cultivations, orchads and animals breeding in the hills above Gubbio inside a protected area. Located in northeastern Umbria, Gubbio sits on the slopes of Mt. Ingino, overlooking a fertile plain. The town of the Ceri (chosen as the symbol of the Region of Umbria) is one of Umbria's most important centers and attracts many tourists interested in art. The house is completely privated, reached by a white road and is 20 minutes from Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi.
The house, originally XVII century, has been completly renovated in 2005, Guinzano has six bedrooms each one in a dominant colour and all equipped of air conditioning system, private bathroom, television set with DVD reader. Guests can dine under the veranda. The restoration is provided by the owners, taking care in looking for organic and/or traditional products.
