Description & Details of Yellow House Bed and Breakfast
The Yellow House was built in the 1890s in the tiny Western Catskills hamlet of Peakville, off NYS Rt. 17, between Roscoe and Hancock. Fly fishing and water sports are available nearby on the Beaverkill and Delaware rivers. Your hosts are friendly transplants from NYC. We offer four spacious guest rooms and several inviting public areas within the house, plus attractive grounds to stroll outside. Full country breakfast.

Trout fishing is a major attraction of our area, and there are many other rural pleasures in this beautiful, mostly forested area of the Catlskills. The Belleayre and Plattekill ski areas are about one hour's drive north, and Elk Mountain -- Pennsylvania's top-rated ski slope -- is 40 minutes away. Cross country skiing areas are nearby -- or ski the short trail right out the Yellow House back door.
