Our apartment has a marvellous panaramic view of the sea, it is a modern two bedroom, two bath luxury apartment in Cannes and is located just 70 meters from one of the best beaches of the French Riviera.

It is fully furnished and equipped, on the fifth floor of an award winning architectural designed building, the apartment is 'traversant' (running through the building) with wall to wall picture windows extending from marble floors to ceilings in all rooms.

It is located near all amenities: boutiques, restaurants, shops ((boulangeries, pastiseries, wine merchants etc.), there is a garden market within two minutes walk and golf and tennis only 5 minutes by car. An indoor locked garage comes with the apartment.

The living/dining room opens out onto a large terrace suitable for dining for 6-8 persons outdoors. Each bedroom has its own balcony as does the kitchen.

Payment during the Cannes Film Festival must be made by direct bank deposit .

Deposits
For Monthly rentals a 1/3 deposit is required at the time of rental with the remaining 2/3 due one month before occupancy.For weekly and biweekly rentals a 1/2 deposit is required on booking and the remainder one month before occupancy.

Cancellation
Full reimbursement will be made providing the condo is rented to someone else prior to the occupancy date.
