A reservation may only be confirmed when the Reservation Form has been submitted and a 30% deposit has been received by Ocho Rios Retreat. The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period, the entire amount is due immediately.

Your payments will only be refunded if Ocho Rios Retreat is unable to provide the services or accommodation (e.g. damage to the property) in which case you get a full refund; There is no refund under any circumstances for any unused portion of booked accommodation or services. In addition there will be a £50.00 refundable deposit for the use of the safe deposit box.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking may result in the forfeiture of your payments.
