Villa Brisas Azules Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Check or Money orderNOTE: Prices Range from $2500 to $3500 for a six night stay.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: For all periods, a down payment of 50% is due upon booking your reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit is required upon booking to be returned and/or voided within 30 days of departure provided there are no charges arising from damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or telephone charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Vacation properties are rented far in advance. It is, therefore, difficult to fill a vacancy as the rental term approaches. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the starting day of this Agreement, the Owner will try to re-rent the property, with a goal of receiving the total rent indicated in this Agreement. If Owner is able to find a substitute Booking Guest at an amount equal to or greater than the rent, the Owner will refund to Guest any amounts Guest has paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If Owner is unable to do so, any amounts paid by Guest may be forfeited. Any cancellations received by Owner less than 30 days before the beginning date of this Agreement shall result in a forfeiture of all money received from Guest, provided, however, that the $500 security deposit will be returned. There are no refunds for the Christmas, New YearÂ’s, Presidents Week and Easter periods. There will be no refund for an early departure.

My research group from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, their families and I had a perfectly wonderful stay at Villa Brisas Azules in October.
I've stayed on Vieques many times in the past eight years, and VBA is without doubt the most spectacular location on the most spectacular island in the area. I sat for hours on the back porch, watching the changing light play over the grassy hills that roll down to the smooth waters of the Caribbean coast.
The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed. We all were charmed by the carefully-chosen, elegant decor of the house that, combined with the expansive view to the south, created a clean sense of openness. The Infinity pool enhanced that sensation.
I have to say that the concierge went far beyond the call of duty to make sure that each one in our group was comfortable and pleasantly occupied. He arranged for car rentals, for transportation to and from the airport and ferry, for a kayak tour of the BioBay (kayak is by far the best way to experience this 8th wonder of the world), and many other activities. When we found that the fish market in Isabel II was closed, Vicente somehow managed to track down a local fisherman, whom we personally met, and then showed us the best Viequense technique for cooking red snapper and lobster on the grill. And none of us will likely forget his recipe for perfect arepas.
