Antille villa is located in the exclusive Leeward area in Providenciales. Situated on a one acre landscaped and private lot, the villa has its own private pool. This private and quiet villa is only a 3 minute walk from the beach. A one mile walk along the beach any you arrive at the main portion of Grace Bay beach.
The villa has a beautiful and large deck, which overlooks the pool and lush vegetation. Part of the deck is shaded, and a large part is open to the sun, ideal for sun bathing. The pool can be closed off with a gate, with those travelling with small children. The deck has an oustide dining area, and a BBQ.
Three of the five bedrooms are situated on the second story, and two have a beautiful view of the ocean. There are three bathrooms, one upstairs. The master bathroom has a bidet. There is more than adequate storage areas. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walkout to the deck.
The fully equipped kitchen has a centre island and a dining area that can seat 12.
The gardens are ideal for those with an interest in plants, with a wide variety of different tropical trees, bushes and plantings throughout the grounds. Many varieties of tropical birds can be seen on the grounds.
The villa is equipped with cable television, VCR and a small library of books. In addition there is a cell phone, a small safe and internet (currently being installed).
The villa is ideal for families and the sandy beach is ideal for children. For those seeking the beauty of land and sea, peace and tranquility, this is the place to go. The beach at the villa is almost deserted, sandy, very safe for swimming and prestine. Waves are calm, and there is no undertow.
A fantastic golf course is 1/2 mile away, as is a marina.
Ideal for snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, and excellent restaurants are nearby. The Casino is only minutes away
