Our condo is located in the gated community of Playa del Sol, only 45 minutes from the Cancun airport. It is centrally located to explore and enjoy the Riviera Maya, just across the Fairmont Mayakoba and Princess resorts. From here you can choose to go on different trips all within a short drive.

You can even take the bus to downtown for 60 cents one way. The warm turquoise, Caribbean beach 5 min. by car, 3/4 mile. Closest beach is Xcalacoco. The golf course El Camaleon designed by Greg Norman where the 2008 PGA tour event will take place (Feb. 18-24) 2 min. by car. The ferry for Cozumel 15 min. by car. Plaza las Americas, a beautiful mall with two groceries stores- Chedraui and Bodega Aurrera, 5 min. by car. X-caret, 20 min. by car, Xel-ha & Tulum, 30 min. Puerto Morelos, 30 min.
