This condo offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, furnished kitchen, and a
living/dining room combo. The master bedroom and living room open to a balcony
overlooking the river and passing ships, making this a relaxed and scenic stay for
you and your family.

*Please note that in the months of June and
July, the condo is only rented out by the week.
Full payment for rental must be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
We gladly accept money orders, certified check, cash, or credit cards via PayPal.

Deposits

A refundable security deposit of $300 (weekly rentals) or $150.00 deposit (nightly
or three (3) night rentals) or $500 (monthly rentals) due within ten (10) days from
the day of booking. This deposit will be returned to tenant if the property is left in
satisfactory condition. Tenant is responsible for any damage made to premise
and/or furnishings other than normal wear and tear.

Rates listed include taxes. Rates do not include
security deposit or cleaning fee. Please see
