If you book the Estate and later wish to downgrade to a Manor-only reservation... $300 cancellation fee if downgraded greater than 30 days before check in.

$100 cancellation fee if downgraded greater than 60 days before check in.

No refund of monies paid is given for downgrades within 30 days of check in.
