Cancellation
Additional person occupancy: An extra charge will apply for each additional person/per night, over the stated occupancy.

Age restriction: Occupants under 25 years of age shall not rent any unit unless an adult over age 25 is registered and occupies the same unit. If this policy is violated, all monies will be forfeited and RENTERS will be evicted. Management reserves the right to request identification upon registration.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, only 50% of the rent will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a guest requests a change of dates or to change units within 30 days of arrival the same policy applies.
