Full size sleeper sofa in large LR. Entire LR/DR opens to balcony with sliding glass doors. Very private. 2 TV's & VCR. CD player. November 2006 brand new kitchen and new floors. $300 rental deposit required to hold weekly reservations. $300 refundable security deposit on weekly rentals, held in the form of your personal check. Deposits are higher on longer rentals, generally a third of the total.
60 days prior to reservation for refund. If reservation cancelled within the 60 day period, and we are able to re-rent the condo for your time period, your rental deposit will be happily returned to you. Rates based on 4 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons with an additional charge of $75/person/week.
