Siesta Key condo with boat dock available. Very clean 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath fully furnished TOP FLOOR condo with private entrance in beautiful complex. Privately owned/managed. Very clean & lovely & quite large. Beautiful Bay views. Everything's provided, washer/dryer, new granite full kitchen with dishwasher. King size bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in guest room. Full size sleeper sofa in large LR. Entire LR/DR opens to balcony with sliding glass doors. Very private. 2 TV's & VCR. CD player. Discounts offered on stays longer than 2 weeks. Rates based on occupancy of 4 persons, an additional charge of $75/person/week for additional persons, not to exceed 6 persons. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult. This adult must present a valid drivers license, ID or passport at check in for name/age verification. Only registered guests may occupy condo.

Deposits
$300 rental deposit required to hold weekly reservations, or a third of the rent. $300 refundable security deposit on weekly rentals, held in the form of your personal check. Deposits are higher on longer rentals. Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the reservation. At check in the adult will present us with a valid drivers license or ID or passport for verification of age requirement.

$25 cancellation fee. 60 days prior to reservation for full refund less fee. If reservation cancelled within the 60 day period, and we are able to re-rent the condo for your time period, your rental deposit (less fee) will be happily returned to you. Rates based on 4 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons with an additional charge of $75/person/week. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult for duration of the reservaton.

Dear Cindy and Jim, Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo! My 3 kids and I felt right at home and enjoyed everything about your place - the kitchen was perfect, the privacy afforded by the balcony allowed for lazy mornings with coffee and books, the location was very convenient to everything, the walkway to the beach was easy, parking was very close and convenient, the washer and dryer were so useful, we used the pool every day... You guys were so easy to work with and we definitely appreciated the dinner! All in all, I would definitely return on our next visit and highly recommend your beautiful condo to anyone - Caroline

Dear Jim, Cindy & Michael, Thank you for making our family vacation to Sarasota Florida a wonderful trip! The Midnight Cove II Bayside condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated and I appreciated all the little extras such as towels, pots/pans, utensils, coffee pot, and many other items that made the condo feel like home. I also appreciate that you worked around our traveling schedule since we were coming from Pennsylvania. The condo was conveniently located as well, close to Siesta Key Beach, shopping, restaurants and bait/tackle shops. We even did some fishing in the bay by our condo. Thank you again for being so nice and accommodating to us. I fel like we have friends ni Sarasota Florida in knowing you. When we visit in the future, we will certainly be looking you up! The condo was clean (as it is every season), and it had significant kitchen and bathroom updates. Each year there is some new up grade/feature added to the condo-a pleasant surprise. For J & I, the condo is more than adequate, and we still feel comfortable with guests.
The location is close to the beach-a short walk across the street, and an easy on/off the key via the Stickney Point Bridge. It does seem that the "20 min" as needed bridge opening schedule is a good move by the townfathers.
The owners, Jim & Cindy, are very good, and realy easy to get along with, they try to acommodate requests that renters ask. I would comment that it would be very hard to find better and more accommodating owners.
Put us down for next year!!
