No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to reservation start date, unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for the reserved dates or portion thereof. Rates based on 4 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons with a $75/person/week additional charge. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult.

The apartment was homey & cute. The location was really good. The shops were really close and so was the beach. The owners were very helpful and super nice. He told us alog of things we could do while we were here.

For our famly, Next to the Best truly is the best. Great location for beach, restaurants, store, everything you could possible ask for. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable. With 2 full baths and washer/dryer on site you have all that you need for a wondeful relaxing vacation. Sitting by the pool and grilling out makes for a very relaxing evening. Thanks Next to the Best. We will be back every chance we get.

We stayed here from June 4-11, 2005. This is a WONDERFUL place to stay! Very clean and quiet. The beds were most comfortable and he closet space roomy. We truly appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment and spent a lot of time on the spacious lanai in th evening, enjoying the cool breezes. It made for a most perfect stay. We plan to stay here next year if we come to Siesta Key!
