$300 rental deposit required to hold reservation for weekly rentals. $300 refundable security deposit due at check-in held in the form of your personal check.
NO refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to reservation start date. If we are able to re-rent the apartment (within the 60 day period) we will reimburse for the days (weeks) re-rented.
11% tax, no other charges or fees. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 people with an additional charge of $50/person/week. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult.

We just wanted to say the place was nice & very clean. The owners are wonderful. This was the best location to stay in Siesta Key , everything was walking distant & the beaches were beautiful. We will defianetly stay at this place again . Thanks for the hospitality.
