Big screen television in the living room with surround sound and t.v.'s in the master bedroom as well. All linens, towels and house hold appliances necessary for an enjoyable stay in our vacation home are provided for you and you family. If your family includes infants or toddlers, we also provide portable crib, stroller and high chair for your youngster. Older children will enjoy their time at the villa in the heates pool and spa or in the air conditioned game room.

Deposits
We require a 25% deposit at time fo reservation with the remaining balance due two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation with full refund if notified in writing at least two weeks before arrival. If cancellation is made within the two weeks before arrival date, the 25% deposit will not be returned.
& Taxes
A cleaning fee will apply if your visit is less than 7 nights. Reservations of more than 7 nights, the cleaning fee is waived. Florida State tax for rental properties is 13%.
