WITHIN MINUTES OF THE DISNEY THEME PARKS!! Our condo is a 3 bed, 2 bath condo that will sleep 6 in the gated community of Windsor HIlls Resort. Large screen TV in living room and tv in master bedroom. This is a corner unit which allows for additional privacy and reduced noise from other units. Laundry facility in condo. Handicapped accessible. We are located within 3 miles of the Disney theme parks, Universal and Seaworld. Located in Windsor Hills Resort with very large community swimming pool and slide, several outdoor play areas for the children, and an indoor game room for adults and children alike. Gym, large hot tub and great open air seating for watching the kids poolside available at the clubhouse.

We accept bank checks or money orders, credit card and Paypal. Deposits
We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation and the remainder is due 2 weeks previous to arrival

Cancellation
Cancellations previous to 30 days of reservation will be reimbursed the 25% deposit. Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of reservation.

& Taxes
Florida State Tax of 13% will be included in all reservations.
