Old Florida feel, in a private and peaceful setting close to all of the amenities. 2 miles to Manasota Beach, 2 miles to Venice Shopping, 5 miles to Old Town Venice and Old Town Englewood. 15 miles to Boca Grande. Rent a boat, go charter fishing, spend a beautiful winter day on the Gulf of Mexico. Water sports (swimming, sailing, boating, jet skiing, waterskiing), Walking (great walking on the beach, near Venice Island and local parks, or even along Boca Grande - all within a few minutes drive). Great Golf in every direction. Many great choices for eating out very near by and a movie theater with opening movies just moments away.
