For all cancellations, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible in writing (fax,email, post) We do not accept verbal cancellations. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. All monies, less 15% of the down payment will be returned within 21 days after a successful re-booking. If, after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the property, the full down payment will be forfeited. Transfers within the same property, same year are subject to the ownerÂ’s approval.
