There is a beach trolley that runs from Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille Beach, which is a great way to relax see all the barrier islands without driving. This one-of-a-kind Indian Rocks Beach Vacation Cottage is close to everything you want on vaction!

Enjoy just 90 mins to the Orlando theme parks, 30 min jump to Tampa: Airport, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, Tampa Bay Buccanneers Football (GO Bucs!), and the beautiful newly redeveloped Downtown St. Petersburg with Bay Walk is about a 20 minute drive. There's swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, golfing, gambling boats, any kind of restaurant imaginable, shopping, night life, all within walking distance or a short drive.

Cancellation
We require a $250/$500 resevation deposit (double occupancy) (for weekly rentals) due upon your request to reserve the cottage. The full balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If you cancel your reservation after we have received your reservation deposit - you will forfiet the deposit but we will not bill you for the booked reservation. If you need to adjust your occupancy dates, there is no charge to do that (one time) and we will alter your reservation given those dates are available within 6 months of your original reservation and will use your original reservation deposit to reserve the new dates for you.

Rate is all inclusive except taxes + no cleaning fee is charged for weekly rentals so please leave cottage neat and clean - our professional cleaning staff will do the heavy duty cleaning afer your departure but your kind consideration and neatness is appreciated. 12% Occupancy Tax
