We require a $250 resevation deposit due upon your request to reserve the cottage. The full balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If you cancel your reservation after we have received your reservation deposit - you will forfiet the deposit but we will not bill you for the booked reservation. If you need to adjust your occupancy dates, there is no charge to do that (one time) and we will alter your reservation given those dates are available within 6 months of your original reservation and will use your original reservation deposit to reserve the new dates for you.
