...the resort leisure facilities, within five minutes walk of the restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment of Old Town Kissimmee and ten minutes walk from a wide variety of restaurants and Publix supermarket on Hwy 192. This makes our house the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area.
Compare the cost, comfort and space of our house, together with the resort facilities offered by Regal Oaks, to the amenities and cost of a hotel and we believe we are offering fantastic value for money.
Our house is located in a quiet street and has off road parking for two cars to the front. The house is fully furnished and air conditioned throughout.
The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area and kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with shower for the use of guests in the ground floor twin bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to self cater throughout your stay.
On the first floor are two ensuite master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
A further two guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area.
All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes. The king bed room has a small balcony. The queen bed room has a safe.
All bathrooms have large baths with showers over.
A hair dryer are also provided.
All main rooms have ceiling fans for additional comfort.
Flat screen cable TV's are provided in the lounge/dining area and one master bedroom. Wireless high speed internet access is also available in the house free of charge (we do not provide a computer or cables). Telephones are provided and calls within the US are free. The cost of all other calls are payable by the guest.
All linen and towels (excluding swimming towels) are provided for your stay.
Initital supplies of toilet paper, toiletries and washing up liquid will be provided for your arrival. All replacements, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests.
Additional equipment, cribs, high chairs and strollers, can be hired from our management company at additional cost. Please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences if these are required.
A welcome pack containing essential groceries and provisions can be provided for your arrival. These are supplied by our management company at additional cost. Please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences if this is required.

The pool complex with zero entry,lazy river and water slide, hot tub and extensive sunbathing terraces opened late December 2008. Phase 1 of the clubhouse possibly providing a 'tiki bar' for snacks and refreshments was completed in January 2009,
Introduced in stages as completed, during 2010, there will be a clubhouse offering indoor and outdoor dining, sports bar, fitness centre, spa and games room. Due to the close proximity of Old Town and Hwy 192, the lack of facilities during this period will not affect your stay.
Floodlit tennis courts and a barbecue area will also be available in due course.

Comments for 3 bed townhouse on the luxury Regal Oaks resort Vacation Rental 
I stayed at this home in October '08. It is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Old Town Kissimmee and within a short drive of all the 192 has to offer and also all the theme parks, especially Disney. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet, well maintained estate. The management office is just around the corner from the house and the staff there are friendly and helpful, as are the owners, the whole booking process was very easy. The pool wasn't finished when we stayed but looks as though it is going to be lovely when it is, and not too far from the house too. I will stay here again on my next visit to Orlando.
