Cancellation
Cancellation must be made within 30 days from arrival. The advance will be refunded via Paypal. Cancellation lower than 30 days before arrival will not be refunded unless prior arrangements. Early departure will not be refunded

& Taxes
50 Euros for final cleaning. All other expenses are included (electricity, heating, gas, garbage tax.) For Monthly rent electricity and gas expenses will be upon consumption.Rome turistic tax is NOT included (2 euros per person per day upto max 10 days - children upto 10 years are excluded)Late arrival from 10pm 25 euros should be paid directly to the check in manager.
