Conveniently located just outside the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park, Serenity Ranch is just the right place to take your Smoky Mountains Vacation.

Just 15 minutes to Cades Cove, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg makes you just a short drive to do what ever your heart desires.

Serenity Ranch was just finished in Dec, 2007. It has a 360 degree wrap around porch for views from all sides. 8 Wood Rocking Chairs, Extra Large Charcoal Grill and even a Stone Bonfire Pit to enjoy the cool brisk evenings.

And just to make things better, this cabin has a Horse Stable with room to house 3 horses in their own stalls. With water troughs and a tack room, you can feel comfortable bringing your horses to go on long trail rides through the Smoky Mountains. The cabin even has a long circle drive and a parking area for your horse trailer.

Complete with water troughs and tack room, this amenity allows you to come with your horses and leisurely ride the hundreds of miles of horse trails through the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
BONFIRE PIT - There is a huge stone Bonfire Pit located just outside of the cabin for your use.

Deposits

A deposit of 1/3 of the total is due at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy - Due to holding these accommodations and in consideration of the fact that we did not rent this unit or these dates to others, we cannot return any payments unless you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date (30 days). If you cancel and the date is greater then (30 days) from your arrival date we will refund your deposit, less our administration fee of $50.00. If you cancel less then 30 days but greater than 2 weeks priod to your arrival day, all money paid will be held for future use (within 90 days of original rental) as the deposit for a rescheduled stay or forfeited. There will be no refund given if you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival and no changes can be made to the reservation.

Fees & Taxes

Taxes in Townsend, Tn are 13.25% due to a Hotel/Motel tax. We also charge a one time cleaning fee of $40.00 for this cabin.

My friends and I stayed at this cabin in October 2007 for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed the wrap around deck outside every night. The weather was perfect. We grilled, had bon fires and sat in the hot tub on many occasions. The cabin is close enough to Cades Cove that we made several trips there. We hope that your trip was as good as ours.
