For stays more than 3 nights, a 3 night deposit is required; if you're staying less than 3 nights, payment in full is required at tht time of booking. For weekly stays (7 nights) 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations incur a US$25.00 fee. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit less the cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date results in the loss of the deposit. Cancellation policy is strictly enforced, thus travel insurance is highly recommended.
