Located in Briarwood, a gated community, this light and spacious non-smoking Naples vacation villa, built in 2005, is furnished to the highest standards which will really make it feel like your home during your stay in Naples. The accommodation comprises a Master Bedroom, two further bedrooms, a family bathroom, vaulted living/dining room furnished as two separate rooms a fully equipped kitchen area, and a breakfast nook.

The Master Suite has a King-size bed, TV, phone with a walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom complete with bath and a large walk-in shower. The room has patio doors which open up onto the Pool area. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and have a Queen-size and two single beds respectively. All have TV and a clock radio. The double bedroom too has patio doors which open up onto the Pool area. The bedrooms, living area and patio area all have fans for your comfort. There is air conditioning/heating in all rooms in the house.

The living area of this Naples vacation villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with full size range, side-by-side freezer/refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit together with all the electrical appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. We have a large formal dining area though many guests prefer to eat outside on the patio. The comfortable sofas encourage you to relax while viewing the (cable) TV or DVD player. We have recently purchased a 40 HD TV. A stereo- cassette/radio unit is included in the living area. We also have a large store of DVDs, books and games for your use. The house has Wi-Fi.

The large pool and extended lanai area overlook a quiet, fresh-water canal in Briarwood which attracts a wide variety of birdlife and turtles. The pool area has an outdoor fan to help keep you cool whilst dining outside or relaxing on the patio furniture. The pool can be heated. All linens, including beach towels, are provided.
