We invite you to share in this fun with us.Spring .searching for wild asparagus and edible wild mushrooms, planting the garden.Summer .vegetables to be picked, canned and sun-dried. Walnut picking to make nocino liqueur. Figs and plums in abundance to make into jam.
Fall .grape picking & wine making; gathering and drying wild fennel for sausages, risottos and roasts; gathering walnuts; trees laden with luscious persimmons. Lemons and oranges ready to be picked and made into lemon & orange liqueurs.
Winter .olive picking & olive oil pressing, gathering chestnuts & walnuts, hunting for wild boar.
