This way you start by viewing the rentals that meet your requirements. The total charges you can expect to pay are: rent; 10% of rent tax (if your stay is less than 30 days); cleaning $90-$150 depending on the unit; $35 reservation fee and $55 damage deposit waiver (protects for up to $1500 accidental damage).
