If a reservation is made greater than 30 days prior to arrival (for condominiums) and greater than 60 days prior to arrival (for private homes) the initial deposit due is 50% of the total rent plus 6.64% reservation fee. If a reservation is made within 30 days (for condominiums) or 60 days for (private homes) total rent plus all applicable taxes and fees is due at the time of reservation.Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for condominiums and 60 days prior to arrival for private homes. Final payment total includes the 50% remaining balance of rent, plus all applicable taxes and fees. Final payment will automatically be taken on its due date by the reservation team.



If a reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days (for condominiums) or 60 days (for private homes), guest will forfeit 10% of total lodging rent plus resort fee. If a reservation is cancelled after final payment has been collected and / or within the 30 or 60 days of arrival, reservation is completely non-refundable and guest will forfeit 100% of monies paid. If reservation is cancelled within the non-refundable time period and reservations is able to re-book the exact unit, guest will be refunded for the nights the unit is re-booked, less the 10% deposit and 6.64% reservation fee.
