We are located in San Diego CA beautiful Mission Beach, a narrow stretch of sand or peninsula, bordering on picturesque Mission Bay to the east and on the Pacific Ocean to the west. Mission Beach waterfront properties offer spectacular ocean or bay views, as do many of those situated in between on the area's numerous courts.

Our featured vacation rentals are gorgeous three bedroom three bath condos in South Mission Beach. They are townhouse style (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors), large balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, Mission Bay and Belmont Park.

Our San Diego vacation rentals have everything you need to feel right at home and our destination has just about every activity you could ever want to try with friends and loved ones. We accept personal checks for deposits and payments made prior to 30 days of your arrival date. All monies received within 30 days of a reservation date must be in the form of a cashiers check, money order or travelers check. U.S. funds only, please; no foreign checks and/or monies can be accepted.

Deposits
A reservation deposit of 50% of the rent must accompany your registration form in order for the reservation to be validated.

Cancellation

Fee for returned checks $25.00

10.5% transient occupancy tax and amount of security/cleaning deposit required for the specific unit reserved.
