This spacious (1209 sq ft) vacation rental unit is in a gated, private and secure location. This ocean front unit is located right on a mile long beach and within a 5 minute drive of others. Swim in clear Caribbean water and enjoy water activities. All bedrooms, as well as living area, have ocean views, as well as views of a lighthouse built in 1892 by the Spaniards. Master bedrrom enjoys a private balcony with similar views. Maunabo is on the south east side of the island facing the Caribbean Sea. A new construction decorated and furnished for your comfort.

There is a beach accross the street from the condo complex, there are no buildings between the apartment complex and the beach. The rental unit has a beautiful view of the ocean.
The complex has two pools, one with a whirpool and a kiddie pool. In addition, there are a half basketbball court, a tennis court, and a childrens playground. There are several public areas for BBQs. Watch Cable TV with all the major US channels.
Maunabo is located in the southeast corner of Puerto Rico and is close to some of the nicest and most unexplored areas of the island. Visit the lovely town of Arroyo, where Alexander Graham Bell lived, while visiting his daughter. Eat delicious homemade ice cream at the town square in Guayama, and marvel at the architecture of the homes of the sugar barons who once ruled this part of the island.
