Our Lake Michigan beachfront home is situated on a sand dune overlooking our large private beach where you can enjoy sunny days and magnificent sunsets. This year round home features 4 large bedrooms (master bedroom and 1 back beroom have queen sized beds, 1 bedroom has full sized bed, and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds) and a private loft that sleeps 4 (two twins + double futon). The house has tile floors throughout the entire first floor, 3 baths (2 full baths, one 3/4 bath) and an enclosed, lighted outdoor shower and changing area. The great room offers a panoramic view of the lake, generous seating and a large fireplace. The kitchen has all modern appliances with adjacent wet bar and extra work nook. The dining area seats 10-12 comfortably.
The lakeside master bedroom suite has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and a adjacent bath w/ jacuzzi & shower. The other lakeside bedroom suite has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and an adjacent 3/4 bath. The extras in the modern kitchen include tiled counter tops, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker,a full complement of utensils, and an additional work nook,& wet-bar. Other extras include a full size washer/dryer, sound system, cable, highspeed internet (on request), TVs in great room (+DVD + VCR) and loft (+VCR), a firebox for beach fires, lake view patio dining area w/gas grill, and an convenient outdoor enclosed, lighted shower and changing area. All bed linens are furnished as are beachtowels and beach blankets. A small sailboat is also available for our guests
The house is are situated on the beachfront of Lake Michigan approximately 1 mile north of North Shore State Park and 1/2 mile south of Hofmaster State Park. This location is convenient to concerts, water sports, charter fishing, parasailing, jetski rentals, windsurfing, and all the other great activities of a West Michigan Summer This is the premiere Grand Haven area rental.
Terms & Conditions of The Respite
Security deposit with rental agreement and full rent due June 1st
Deposits
Security deposit returned within 60 days less any deductions (there should be none.)
Cancellation
90% refund on security deposit if cancelled within 90 days. If less than 90 days, security deposit is 75% refundable.
& Taxes
A 5 hr. cleaning allowance is included with you rental fee. Additional cleaning will be deducted from your security @ $35 / hr.
